From Software Roots to Global Optics Leadership

AOVtech began in Massachusetts when its founder’s expertise in software development led to the creation of advanced optical inspection equipment. Nearly twenty years later, some of that original software is still used in ERP systems today. Our journey into optics started when we were asked to design and build an optical inspection system, an opportunity that opened the door to an entirely new field.

Since 2014, AOVtech has served as a U.S. representative for optical glass and crystals, building strong international partnerships and strengthening global trade. What started as a focused venture has since grown into a global optics components group.

Today our headquarters is in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, with additional international partnerships. AOVtech is built on technical expertise, collaboration, and innovation. We provide advanced infrared optics, assemblies, and vision solutions, always with a commitment to quality, performance, and helping industries move forward.
